Our design studio is key to our business. In this special laboratory, we seek out and develop the best engineering methods to manufacture our display cases. We use the latest software for computer-assisted design (CAD) in a cutting-edge 3D environment. These software tools are highly advanced and allow us to perform flawless pre-production testing. When combined with computer-assisted manufacturing (CAM), this approach provides the precision and tolerances needed to manufacture airtight display cases like our own.
After the computer modelling comes the prototyping of each model. Often, there will be a second generation of prototypes that integrate subsequent changes or improvements. Our clients can look over these preliminary models and provide feedback before we begin production in quantity. The process may seem arduous but needs to be done to produce quality display cases.
Our business model is based on out-sourcing each component to the most advanced computer-assisted manufacturer (CAM) in the field. We thus benefit from the latest manufacturing methods and processes and can reach a much higher production output.
Our CAD/CAM approach reduces the likelihood of error and enables us to attain the manufacturing precision our specialty requires. We very closely monitor all production stages of any component used in making our product. We pre-assemble the components in our workshop and then provide the finishing. During the final production stage, we add complementary fixtures and accessories, such as lighting. Each display case is then tested before being certified for compliance and quality.
This is the approach taken by most major manufacturers. It reflects the realities of a rapidly changing and increasingly global marketplace.
We install our display cases all around the world. Our staff are present at each installation to ensure the parts are smoothly reassembled and set up for our clients. After shipment and assembly, we again inspect everything on-site, regardless of whether the project is in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere.
After installation, we perform final testing for all mechanical, electrical, and hermetic criteria. We then issue the client a certificate of compliance and a 24-month warranty for all parts used in making the Zone display case.
